Hello everyone!

I´m in munich today to do a showcase for sony bmg germany. Where they have some of their fall-releases play a few songs to a selected audience.

I got in late last night and managed to get an ok nights sleep even though I had to get up at 8 am this morning, -I am not good at early mornings.=)

I´m really busy these days with all the promotion stuff I have to do for my new record "cause and effect" but it´s an album I want as many people as possible to "discover" for themselves so I am more than willing to do my part.

It´s a very personal record, i´ve finally managed to put words to feelings i´ve been carrying around for years... you see, about three years ago I realized that life was about to change for the better and I didn´t feel ready to make those changes. I therefore decided to get rid of some old anger and bitterness.

At first I started writing songs that had really tough lyrics but after a while, the more angry and sad I allowed myself to be in my songs, the happier I got in my personal life, and so there you have it!!! Writing really is a form of therapy and a hell of a lot cheaper! ;=)

I´m one of the first "acts " this afternoon and after i´ve performed two songs, I have the rest of the eve off!!!!! P!nk is playing later tonight and so i´ll take my band to her show and if they behave we´ll go to the afterparty;)

Tomorrow we´re off to hamburg and then berlin;)

I´ll write a little tomorrow as well!  Take care,
